New Theme: Lockvetica

Now in Cydia: my new theme Lockvetica has clean lines (Helvetica throughout) and a Swiss inspired palette. Also included is an optional "shadowy" notification theme for lock screen alert popups (all secondary notifications are relocated to the top of the screen in both themes).
