new iphone old itunes

Hello, my husband its wanting to purches the new iphone 3gs and i am going to take his old iphone. We have ONE itunes account, when he gets his new phone and he sync it up and it work just like with the old phone?

Can we both just the ONE itunes account or do we need seperate ones? Thanks so!

Yes, He should backup his old iPhone and just restore the new iPhone from backup.

And you can use 1 iTunes Account.
