New iphone being held up?????

Morning all,

I ordered my new 3gs on June 9. It is now sitting in Louisville at the UPS depot since 4am on the 17th. My message reads: "The package is being held for future delivery. UPS will attempt delivery on the date requested" What in the world is going on?? Why can't they just send it out???
