New iphone 6s stuck and jammed on settings. Everything else works.

When I click on settings it comes up where it is stuck. Nothing can be swiped. It's like its jammed.

Welcome to iMore! Perform a soft reset. To perform a soft reset, hold both the power button and home button down until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't fix your problem then restore your device.
