New IPhone 4 Virbate

Hello! Well, for a early christmas gift my dad bought me a IPhone 4. When I get a noification it just vibrates. I want it to play sound instead of vibration.

Have you checked the sound setting in the phone? Setting> Sounds.

Is the mute/sound switch set to mute? It's on the upper left side of the phone. Check it.
