Just got my fianc? a IP6 plus just like mine. We have different iClouds but use the same iTunes. At work I noticed a app waiting to download. I asked her if she downloaded that app and she said yes. How can I make the apps she puts on her phone, not install on mine?

As long as you're sharing an AppleID for iTunes, that can happen. Separate your AppleIDs and use FamilyShare...

Otherwise... go to Settings>> Apple and iTunes Store>> turn off auto download...
