New IOS 7 radios ??

I really like how I am able to shut my LTE radio off when I don't want it or need it on. I get super fast HSPA+ speeds on T-Mobile, over 15mb down and 3-4 up. My LTE speeds are faster but obviously used more battery. My question, In the new IOS 7 OS do we still have the ability to shut off the LTE radio and use just HSPA+ or 3G whatever the case may be.
