Okay, so every Monday my watch suggests a new higher move goal if I do well over the previous week. I really don't get the logic behind it, there seems to be no upper limit for that and we are all destiny for failure that way... I understand that pushing the limits will bring you progress but over exercising like the watch suggests can't be healthy, also not been able to close the rings anymore is just making me frustrated. Sure I can just ignore the new suggestions or just turn it off completely, but I think more thought could be put on this move goal... It should take in count your weight loss target for exemple, once you reach it or you are achieving a constant weight loss the suggestions for daily move should remain constant. Just my two cents....
