I'm a "Senior" so I don't want a tiny screen, nor do I want one as large as the Pro. I want ease of use for watching movies and reading books when traveling. Which ipad would be best for me?

I agree you don't need the 12.9 inch iPad Pro, BUT you don't necessarily need the 9.7 inch iPad (or iPad Pro) either. You are probably fine with a 7.9 inch iPad mini. The screen resolution is fantastic. Make sure to either get the latest model, OR if you get an older model get at least the iPad Mini 2, which has the retina display. My 76 year old father loves his iPad Mini that I got him last Christmas!
