need Rewind and Fast Forward buttons

Is it possible in new iPhone 3G to rewind and fast forward mp3 sound tracks blindly, I mean not pulling the device out of the pocket?
It seems have no Rewind and Fast Forward button again Is any bypass? Might be some kind of headset with Rewind and Fast Forward buttons
