I am assuming u downloaded the apps using Cydia/Installer, right?

If yes, in Cydia, go to the "Manage" tab, "Packages", select the unwanted app and tap "Modify", and then "Remove".

For installer, I don't know since I don't have and and I don't use it.

I would stay away from Installer just because it's a bit unstable, especially when installing apps. I'd only use it for exclusive stuff like Deep. Cydia has a similar app called SBSettings. Very useful for toggling things like wifi on/off and it also shows system info like memory/space available. It also has addons like Processes which can kill any app running in the background (like Safari) and also the Location Settings Toggle which can toggle GPS on/off
