So recently (last week or so) every time I put my phone to charge before I sleep, when I wake up, it says it didn't charge. It shows the exact same percentage. This scared me the first time it happened. When I restart the phone, it then says its at 100% like it should.
This is getting quite annoying so does anyone know a fix?

My phone is an iPhone 6s running official release of iOS 9.1
