Need help: My comments on HOME page are no longer posting

For the past few days, my comments on news articles on the iMore home page are not posting.

When I click submit, it takes a long time to post. At first, it shows the post, but when I refresh the page, the post disappears.

I had that happen to me once and it eventually started working again... not sure if one of the mods or admins fixed it... meantime, try logging out on the blog side and log in again.

We have been 'working out the kinks' on the spam checker for blog comments. If you're still experiencing this issue please let me know and I'll take a closer look.

Yes, I still cannot post in the blog. First, the "Please wait..." message sits there for a long time, then my post looks like it was accepted (it shows the message saying it was accepted), but when I refresh or come back to the post, it's not there.

What device/browser/version are you using when you get this?

I'm using an iMac (late 2011) with Mountain Lion as well as Safari 6.0.2. Always worked fine until just recently.
