Need app help

Hey guys I'm new to iPhone was wondering if anyone has a app that allows you to do 1 touch SMS for instance I wanna text the same message over and over with pressing just one button instead of copying and pasting the message let me know if you guys have a good app

Copy and paste is pretty much one touch? ... I don't see how that would be difficult to do, just hold down and click paste ... one touch.

You could use an app like SMS Templates:
App Store - SMS Templates - Templates for Text Messages

But adding another app just to do that might just give you MORE steps in the long run. If you're jailbroken, BiteSMS has templates built in. This is from the SMS Templates description:

For iOS 3.1.3.:
Send a template message in 5 steps:
1. Select the template
2. Select the contact
3. The Messaging Application will start, with the contact already entered.
4. Double-tap on the message body and tap Paste to paste the template message.
5. Tap Send to send the message!

For iOS 4.0:
Send a template message in 3 steps:
1. Select the template
2. Select the contact
3. Tap Send to send the message
