Nearby Not Showing In Spotlight iOS9 GM

Hi guys, I recently updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 9 GM and I've noticed that the nearby section is missing from my spotlight. I have tried switching spotlight and Siri on and off but nothing happened.
Anyone having the same problem or knows how to solve it? Thanks

Go to Settings - Privacy - Locations Services - System Services, and then enable the toggle next to "Safari & Spotlight Suggestions as well as "Popular Near Me".

Restore your device with the official iOS version or go to Settings - General - Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings". Try the latter first.

Reset All Settings is a bit drastic and bothersome just to see "Nearby"... I'll let it go. Thanks.

Is this a US only feature as i had it in Beta version but when i downloaded the full version released version it disappeared.
I have done all the steps you suggested and have done a master reset as you set and deleted all settings but still no joy!!
I have all spot light searches siri suggestions and popular nearby switched on - what can i do ?
If it is US only then i could understand but if its available in UK i want it.
