"Nearby" feature in spotlight search

I haven't been able to get that to appear in spotlight search, has anyone had this problem? It doesn't even appear on the 6S... Seems kind of weird! I am in a supported country so don't understand what's going on... Any suggestions?

Give it time... That feature takes time to learn the things it needs to know from your phone, and how you use it, and where you are in the world before it will work...

Ah ok... But I didn't think it would take more than a couple days... It didn't work on my iPH6+ since Public Release...

So after doing some research and speaking with Apple Tech online, turns out its only available in US and China. Its a Map Feature "Nearby" and not under Siri.

Today the 'nearby' feature popped up in Siri search for me. I'm in Canada.

Just came in to ask the same question.

I'm in the UK and it was there before I updated to 9.0.2.

It did take about a week after upgrading to 9 for it to appear the first time round.

I'm hoping it makes a reappearance soon.

Yep, disappeared for me in the UK also. On both iPhone 6 and iPad mini 2.

What settings did you use to get that to show?

This finally returned for me in the UK.

Not that I use it, I just think it looks cool.
