Navigation integration

Just wondering if there is anyway to launch a navigation app when clicking on someone address. For example if I'm in the address book and one of my contacts has an address in it. If i click on the address can it open a gps app? Right now it will only open the default maps app. I'm coming from an Android phone and they had this feature.

My nav app of choice - Navigon - will allow you to access your address book from within the app, and if there's an address associated with a contact - allow you to use that as an address for the app to navigate you to. Other apps may do this as well... I'm sure Garmin's StreetPilot does, TomTom does...
