Okay I'm not a n00b I've been using a 3GS since last november, and have had my iPhone 4 since launch, but this is a n00b question.

One day I plug my iPhone into iTunes and my phones' name is gone. So instead of saying EYEphone like it used to, it now says nothing. How do I fix this? So far it isn't a problem, everything still works normal, but it bothers me for some reason. Thank you.

When you plug in your iPhone, it should show up in the left hand pane. For example mine says My iPhone. After it's done backing up and syncing, I just double click on the name and you can rename it.
