Mystery App?

My phone is jailbroken and i have downloaded a few media/safari plugin apps along the way.

I seem to have installed something which looks like a plugin for safari but i cant find out what it is...its a problem because it seems to be stopping me from watchin bbc iplayer on my phone :S

I have attached a screenshot and i will be grateful if anyone has any idea what this is...

Looks like its the Safari Download Plugin. Remove it by going to the "Manage" Tab at the bottom of Cydia click on "Packages".
