My today view option is missing from my notification settings, how can I get it back?

My "today view" option is missing from my notification settings!

iPhone 6 running iOS 8.2
I wanted to update my "today view" in the Notification Center, and found instructions on your web site. Instead, I found that this option appears to be missing in my settings. Has it moved?

Open the Notification Center... scroll to the bottom... hit the edit button...
