My Safari just stopped working on iPad. Still have Google

Suddenly my Safari stopped and I cannot use any of my favorites, etc. The only way I can get online is to go to Google.

If you can go to Google then you should be able to enter the urls of your favorites unless they are blocked via restrictions on the device or via a firewall settings.
