My ringtones that I bought from the iTunes store do not show up on my iPhone 4, why?

my ringtones that i bought from the itunes store do not show up in my phone iphone4

i downloaded ringtones from the itunes store, when my phone is connected to my computer, in the tab 'on my device' all of the ringtones show up on the itunes menu, but they don't show up on my phone, not in sounds, not in music. please help

On the iTunes 'Tones' section on your phone's iTunes page - is Sync Tones selected?
