My phone is not ringing, only vibrating. Settings says it is on, volume is max,

Volume is loud when tested. Incoming call only vibrates

Go to Settings - Notifications - Phone, and then make sure that the toggle is enabled next to "Allow Notifications". After that, scroll down to "Sounds" and make sure that a ringtone is selected.

If that doesn't help, go to Settings - General - Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings".
