My phone is having current or vibrations while charging my mobile

I am facing issue while charging,and feel like current vibrations,what's to do please suggest. Do I need to replace my mobile or not

What phone do you have (i.e. 6, 6s, 7)? Also, are you using an OEM or certified charger and cable to charge the device? Anything happen to the device which may cause it to act this away (i.e. drop, water/moisture contact, etc.)?
