If it’s on the outside of the camera lens, use a can of compressed air and a microfiber cloth. If it’s internal, you cannot without dismantling the phone/camera. In that case, take it to an Apple Genius Bar and let them look at it. Depending on the model and how long you’ve had it, it could be covered and replaced under warranty.

BTW, the Apple warranty, the Genius Bar and their customer service are just a few of the many reasons that I buy and use Apple products.

Thanks for your valuable input, i live in Tanzania where we don't have apple store or genious bar. I bought my iphone 5 last month on amazon. I think i don't have that warranty.

Did you buy it new or used? If it’s new, you should have at least a 12 month warranty. Not sure where you’d take/send it though. You could always contact Amazon, or maybe an authorized Apple retailer near you. Good luck, and sorry I couldn’t offer more help.

Worst case it is not hard to get into the phone to clear the dust off of the iSight camera.

Does it blur your camera result? If yes, then replace it. If no, I wouldn't be troubled by it.
