Try hard resetting your phone. Hold power & home button together till you see the logo. Let go and allow it start. If this does not solve the issue, I suggest making a Genius appointment and having it looked at as it is most likely a hardware issue.

Welcome to iMore! As @firedept10 said, try a hard reset. The majority of glitches can be fixed with this method.
