My jiggle to move stopped.

The jiggle to move icons feature doesn't work all of a sudden. I have not been able to find any menu option to correct this.
I had just backed up prior to this issue. Also had just disabled restrictions.

LIGHTLY hold your finger on the icons until they jiggle.

Wow. Maybe because this 5s is a relatively recent upgrade from my 5, or maybe I was just hurried at the time.... that totally got me sorted out.
I swear I'm not an *****.
