My iphone's 4s srceen turned off after I put it in charger. How can I fix it?

I put my Iphone in charger and then it just wont appear anything in screen only blac image, nothing to show. But I keep receiving notifications and calls from others but I am unable to open because I cant see anything. I believe only the screen is not working.
How can I fix it ?
