My iphone phone isnt ringing. How do I set it back to working?

My iPhone phone hasn't been ringing. How exactly do I set it to ring when I get a call?

Could be a couple of things. Did you check the ringer volume? Do you have it set to silent in sounds? do you have "Do not disturb" active?

I had this problem. I went to a Sprint store and the tech said to open phone and hit ##update# and then hit talk. The phone resets itself and you should have your ring back.

1. Mute switch on the side of the device
2. The Do Not Disturb feature
3. Volume control
