Iphone HomeScreen wallpaper is blurred

Hi I've recently tried to place a new wallpaper on my iPhone 5 today. But upon going to the background it's extremely blurry. Is there any help for this? Thank you in advance.

Have you tried a HARD RESET?.....Hold power and home button down at the same time until the Apple screen appears then release.
