My iPhone 6s settings have locked and won't let me in. It is jammed about halfway down. What can I do?

iphone 6s settings has locked and won't let me in. It is jammed about halfway down.

Went into settings but it stopped. Now when I touch the settings sign it just keeps going back to the same jammed place. Nothing swipes, nothing moves.

hold home and power till it reboots

Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.
