my iPhone 6 keeps freezing and blocking sites

i have a brand new iPhone 6 which is blocking sites and i have to switch the whole thing off. even when i restart it ,it does the same thing.
what do i do?

Me too, after update this always happen, when u want to open some link it's keep freezing. Please fix the update 9.3
