My iPhone 6 has very low sound in the ear piece, how can I increase it?

My iphone 6 has very low sound in the ear piece

My one hour old iphone 6 purchased from paytm has very low volume. I compared it with my friend's iphone 6 phone and mine is much lower to a point that it is inaudible. How do I get my phone changed?

It may seem obvious, but did you remove the protective plastic that was originally on the phone? It covers both the earpiece and Mocs at the bottom.
