My iPhone 5s started giving me a No Sim error a few weeks ago. I've had it for a year. I restart it and it is fine. But it is starting to happen more often. And is a real pain.

Any advice is most appreciated.

take the sin card wipe it in a cotton t-shirt ,then place it back inside. Sometimes dirt get inside. If that don't work you may need to replace your card from your carrier

Ironically this jut happened to my friends iPhone 6 two days ago, and she could even text surf the next or nothing, she restarted her phone almost a million time and it's only a day old, she had to return it, but good thing she didn't trade in her old phone so she could use it till she gets back another one, because the tech guy couldn't find the problem nor was it backing up her photos

1. Either the sim is faulty or disabled.

2. Or the sim pins in the phone are faulty.
