My iPhone 5s doesn't work after dropping it, what can I do?

i dropped my iphone 5s

my screen or anything didnt smash but it wont let me do anything but its letting me charge it

Try a hard reset. Hold the power & home button at the same time till you see the Apple logo. This should help. If not it may be time to make a Genius appointment to have it looked at.
