Last night at about 10:30 pm my iphone died at 1%. Charged it all night and still charging now. Wont turn on but has litte red charging symbol. Iphone 5c pink, about 3 months old.

If the above doesn't work, you probably need either a new battery or an upgrade. Make sure the charging ports are clean and clear of debris.
