My Iphone 5 do not update or restore

HI,

My Iphone 5 suddnly started randon behaviour, and yesterday started looping the Apple logo inumerous times and i could open the iphone...

I switched to restore function conected to my imac or PC windows.

Its dead when i plug it to the wall charger..

I tried to updated in itunes and received the error 2009 on my PC windows 10.

Today I tried on my imac and got error 2015.

Cant make this iphone 5 to work..

any suggestions.

I replaced the battery some 7 months ago.

You *may* need to replace the battery again, especially if the battery wasn’t a genuine Apple battery, but I can’t say for certain. Make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the problem for you.
