My iPhone 4s has not backed up since Oct 31st. HELP!

Every time I try to back up, after of course connecting to wi-if, it works for a couple of minutes and then I get the message" unable to back up now". I have not been able to back up to iCloud since Oct 31, 2015

Are you doing the backup via wifi? Or by physically connecting the iPhone to your computer and iTunes?

Welcome to iMore! Make sure you have enough storage space on your iCloud account. Go to Settings > iCloud. If your out of room, either clear things out to free up space or upgrade your plan.
