Hi my iPhone 4 coma iOS 7 will not restore with a tethered jailbreak. I need this because my iPhone will not boot up.

I see you have another thread asking for help but you need to give us info on what you did to your phone and why you assume there is a jailbreak for iOS 7 which is a fair tale at best

As far as I can see the JBs only go to 6.1.3. I do know of a JB that was available for iOS 7 during the betas but it was not for the general public.
