my iphone 3g is not working

hi i bought an iphone 3gs and it doesn't work i have tried dfu mode recovery mode and it wont turn on plz help it charges i think because it buzzes very quiet when its pluged inplz help

It's possible that the problem could be hardware-related. Anything from a defective screen, battery or a fried board could be the problem. Did the seller state the reason for selling it, and did you test to make sure it functioned properly prior to purchasing it? If not, can you return it and get your money back?
