My iPad mailbox is stuck in edit mode. How do I get out of it?

Ipad mailbox stuck in edit mode. How do I get out of it

When I go into my mailbox it brings me to edit mode and I cannot get out of it no matter what I have done.

Try to force quit the app by pressing the home button and keeping it pressed until the app closes. Then open the multi tasking bar by double tapping the home button and swipe the mail app away. Then reboot and try again.
