Here is how you can recover your Apple ID. Otherwise you will need to find your original receipt showing the Serial Number and then take it to an Apple Store to see if they can help you.

Exactly what @firedept10 said. If your device has been disabled due to too many failed login attempts you'll have to erase it and restore from an iTunes/iCloud backup (or set it up as a new device). The link contains instructions.
