My iPad air will not load iOS 8, pad just freezes, any ideas?

This is the updated iOS 8.2, did not load original 8.0 but update has entire 8.0

I have no idea why your device is freezing, but I would connect it to iTunes and restore it. Afterwards, I would set it up as a new device and not from a backup.
