iPad air 2 128 often doesn't load Safari sites. How do you reset and keep Siri from interfereing?

I turned Siri off and held both power and other on/off button but don't get a reset.

How is Siri interfering with the loading of websites via Safari? Please explain.

Good question, I am not sure why Siri is a factor in whether or not a web page opens up...

Just turn Siri off anyway... it is a cute gimick, but it doesn't really work all that well... One less thing taking up resources...
