My iPad 2 IOS8.1 (I Think) is stuck on the iTunes logo screen I don't believe I've backed anything up, is there any way to do this?

My iPad 2 IOS8.1 (I Think)

My iPad 2 has iTunes logo stuck on screen. Keeps going to it even if I try to reboot. I have no desktop or laptop computer. Am I screwed?

have you try a hard reset?!

Just press the power button & home button, until the logo appears.

I did, thank you, but when I turned it bac on, the iTunes logo with the charger drawn below it comes back up.

dont put in dfu mode! Just restart your device! If the problem persist, you must connect the device to pc or laptop.
