My gear S2 neo app crashes on my galaxy note 4

I did everything what it requires to install and uninstall the gadget and the phone.
Why it keeps crashing the gear manager app from my phone when i try to set up the way i want it.
Please i need someone who been thru this and fixed the problem. Thanks
