My really close guy friend and I made out and now he wants to apologize to my mom for not asking for permission nor asking me to be his girlfriend. We're still not dating and it was a one time thing. How do I convince him to not tell her.

At first, I thought your friend kissed your mom and wants to apologise to you, however your situation is not so grave. The simplest way out is to let him have his way. You just deny and tell your mom that he is lying to get even with you, incase your mom does confront you. Cut all ties with this emotional fool and you will be set in life.
