My e-mail is locked on my iPhone 4 s how do I sort this

I cannot read my e-mails it's like it is locked, it is stuck on the same one won't move on

Sorry to hear this

Remove the mail account your having issues with in settings and then reboot your device. Then resign into your mail account all emails should be restored back to your device
