My block and unblock isn't working in gin messages

Have you tried a hard restart of your phone? Press and hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the Apple logo, then let the phone restart, and try it again.

And the blocked list is located at:

Settings > Phone > Blocked
and
Settings > Messages > Blocked
