My Apple TV (3rd Gen) is not responding

The Status light does not Glow !
1. Tried to pressing the Down (Home) button and Menu button simultaneously but of no use
2. Tried to connect it with laptop with Micro USB cable with power On. There is indication over Laptop so that I can restore it.

Unplug the powe cord and plug it back in. This should solve the issue.
